# Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Or HaTahara. Because our services are deeply personalized and involve immediate physical execution—including the preparation, printing, and transport of your sacred prayer to the Western Wall in Jerusalem—we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

### 1. Non-Refundable Services
Once a prayer has been physically placed at the Western Wall and the video/photographic confirmation has been generated, the service is considered fully rendered. Due to the sacred and custom nature of this service, **no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after the service has been performed.**

### 2. Cancellations Before Execution
If you wish to cancel your order or change the text of your prayer, you must contact us within **2 hours** of placing your order at [Owner's Email]. 
* If your order has not yet been processed or sent with a messenger to the Old City, we will issue a full refund.
* If the messenger is already en route or the prayer has been printed, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.

### 3. Service Disruptions & Force Majeure
The Western Wall is a live, active religious and security site. In extremely rare events of sudden security closures, severe weather, or force majeure that prevent immediate access to the Wall:
* Your prayer will be securely held and placed at the very earliest opportunity when access is restored.
* Delayed delivery due to these structural or political circumstances does not entitle the buyer to a refund.

### 4. Technical Issues
If you do not receive your video/photo confirmation due to a technical error on our end (e.g., file corruption, delivery failure), please contact us immediately with your Order Number. In such cases, we will verify the placement and, if a technical failure is confirmed on our part, provide an appropriate resolution or partial refund at our sole discretion.
